All product(s) shall be delivered directly to the address by CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd or business associates as the case may be as specified at the point of ordering and you cannot, under any circumstances whatsoever, change the address after the order is processed. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product(s) and no refund of the fees paid shall be entertained.
• For return of product(s) damaged at the time of delivery, the shipping charges shall be borne by CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd and / or the business associate. However, for return of any of the product(s) for any other reasons, it shall be the responsibility of the registered User to arrange for the return of such cancelled product(s) and the shipping charges shall be borne by such User. Unique user id / customer id should be mentioned in all the order related queries.
• We request you not to accept any product package that seems to be tampered with, opened or damaged at the time of delivery. The products must be returned in the same condition / unopened as delivered by CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd or its business associate. Any products returned showing signs of any use or damage in any manner shall not be accepted for return.
• All requests for return of products have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that no refunds shall be claimed or will be entertained post 7 days from the date of delivery.
• CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd may also contact the user through SMS, MMS, email, push messages through web application and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, User holds CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd non liable to any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the users mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database.
• You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd, distributors of CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of our products and services.

Each of the product delivery carries a unique identification number and the user should verify the same from us if required.
• In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use by the User, the User shall be promptly liable to indemnify CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd for all the costs, losses and damages caused to CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd as a result of such a breach.

• In the event of your breach of this terms of use, you agree that CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. CLT Technologies & Edu-Publishers Pvt Ltd right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.
• Any dispute arising shall be taken for sole arbitration and under the jurisdiction area of Delhi, India.
